Aioli-This jalapeño aioli is truly a unique sauce in the Smoke Show line up. Made with lightly smoked jalapeño peppers, this creamy aioli is an incredibly delicious replacement for mayonnaise. Gluten free. TRY IT ON: on a burger, in a sandwich, in a potato salad or even as a vegetable dip.

Jalapeno Ranch- This is Smoke Show's jalapeño version of North America's most beloved sauce. This jalapeño ranch is perfectly balanced, spicy and tangy, and unbelievably addicting. Perfect for as a dressing or dipping sauce, you’ll find yourself looking for ways to use it in all your meals. Dijonnaise- Perfect for any sandwich, marinade or salad dressing, this sauce is the ultimate marriage of dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Made with smoked jalapeño peppers, this dijonnaise sauce is packed full of flavour with just enough kick to keep you coming back for more. Jalapeno Hot Sauce- The one that started it all. This is the original sauce in the Smoke Show lineup, and still the most popular to date. With a delicious blend of lightly smoked jalapeño peppers and a hint of Canadian maple syrup, Smoke Show’s hot sauce delivers on all levels. This sauce is smokey, spicy and subtly sweet making it the perfect sauce for anything that needs a kick. Lightly Smoked Jalapeno- Inspired by Southern barbecue flavours, this sauce highlights a more savoury profile than other BBQ sauces. Mississippi Masala- Smoke Show Mississippi Masala Hot Sauce is an intense and flavorful hot sauce crafted with all-natural, vegan and gluten-free ingredients. Its carefully-blended spices create a fiery combo of masala and habanero heat, delivering an out-of-this-world flavour experience, unlike any other. Habanero Lime Hot Sauce-This sauce was created for everyone who told us “WE WANT SOMETHING HOTTER!”. Paying tribute to the small batches of sauce that fuelled the early days of our brand, this is the first of the limited edition Smoke Show Small Batch flavours to be released. With a Habanero pepper base, this all-purpose versatile hot sauce packs a punch compared to our smoked jalapeño line up. The chocolate habanero chili has a fruity sweetness behind its intense heat, and combined with the brightness from the fresh lime juice and sweetness of roasted bell peppers—this hot sauce is wickedly delicious and highly addictive.
